An example of a kiosk we manufactured
The example GRP kiosks shown in the photos are supplied to a utility company that specialises in the water treatment industry. We also manufacture Electrical Cabinets in fibreglass.
Bespoke customer-driven process
These free standing fibreglass kiosks are approximately 700mm wide x 850mm high x 900mm deep; they incorporate 18mm plywood on the base and sides (fully encapsulated in GRP), a quarter-turn handle, stainless hinges, and a rubber gasket around the door frame to ensure they are watertight.
These custom kiosks are manufactured utilising a general purpose resin. However, other material options are available such as fire retardant, chemical resistant, Isophthalic etc.
In addition, the fibreglass cabinets can incorporate other components and fixings, such as door stays, hasps, staple door locks, vents, shoot-bolts, lifting and hold-down lugs, etc.
These fibreglass kiosks are sold in batches of 50 at a price of circa £995 each +VAT.
