Vacancies: Experienced GRP hand-lay laminator,

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit the following staff –

Experienced GRP hand-lay laminator

this role will involve (but not be limited to) the following duties –

• Cleaning/waxing/preparation of moulds
• Gel coat application
• GRP lamination of products
• Releasing product from mould
• This role will also involve various other duties such as general housekeeping, changing drums/barrels as required.

Skills required –

• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Able to work on a variety of GRP moulds both large and small and of differing complexities
• Experience with GRP laminating, fibreglass, and resin application
• Good team player
• A thorough understanding of GRP laminating and associated processes

Experience –

• GRP laminating – 2 years (preferred)

Hours of work –

• Our opening hours are from 05-00 to 16-00 Monday to Friday
• Employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours/per week (e.g. 06-00am to 14-30, 07-30 to 16-00 etc)
• Overtime is available during operating hours plus Saturday morning – depending on workload/overtime availability
