These photos show the various stages of manufacture involved in creating a GRP machine guard product. The first item to be made is the ‘male’ timber pattern (this is generally the same size/shape as the finished product), from which the ‘female’ GRP mould is made, and finally, the ‘male’ product is manufactured, fettled and fitted- out.
